Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Block Booking Piano Lessons: Booking and Payment Lessons must be booked in blocks of 6 sessions. Full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in the cancellation policy. Lesson Scheduling Lesson dates and times will be agreed upon in advance. Any changes to scheduled lessons must be requested with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no extra cost, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged at the full lesson rate, with no refund or rescheduling. If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson, an alternative time will be offered, or a refund will be provided. Lateness and Missed Lessons If a student is late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. Missed lessons without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Expiry of Block Bookings All lessons in a block booking must be used within 12 weeks of the first lesson. Unused lessons after this period will be forfeited. Conduct and Expectations Students should arrive on time, prepared, and with the necessary materials. The teacher reserves the right to refuse lessons due to inappropriate behavior. Force Majeure In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, illness, or emergencies), rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Agreement By booking a block of lessons, the student (or parent/guardian) agrees to these terms and conditions.
